One of the best ways you can get exercise, just about anywhere at any time is to simply walk. Optimally, you should try to walk for 30 to 60 minutes each day. If you can't find the time for this, walking for at least 30 minutes, several times a week will greatly improve your overall health and mental well-being. Riding a bike can be an enjoyable alternative/addition to walking.
A weight or resistance-training machine is also important in addition to your cardio workout. Using weights every other day is a good strategy because it gives your body a day to recover. A small rebounder trampoline can also be a good workout tool. Make your workouts more enjoyable by listening to music or watching a video at the same time!
